TOYOTA - Dual Heroes
The award-winning campaign 'Start your Impossible' was all about highlighting the incredible journeys of 11 Toyota Paralympic athletes across 7 markets in Asia: Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines. It wasn't just about their achievements in sports but also how they've overcome challenges and inspired their communities.
This effort was in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Faced with pandemic-related shooting constraints, we creatively adapted 48 distinctive athlete illustrations matched with footage from our main campaign films. The illustrations transformed the original images of our Toyota athletes into expressive artworks. We also developed a graphic timeline and messaging that showcased the idea of conquering the impossible.
