RONMAN registrations were starting to dip for what was once known as the ultimate test of mind and body. So we created #TheIronWithin - a social campaign that brought the true ethos of IRONMAN back into focus.
It reminded people that at its core, IRONMAN has never just been about elite athletes. It’s about the will to push through. The will to show up. The will to finish. To amplify the message, we rolled out relevant collaborations with like-minded brands, helping the idea travel further and reach new audiences. The message resonated far beyond the sporting community, inspiring everyday people to see themselves in the challenge. The campaign went viral, clocked 3.2 million views, and helped registrations close way ahead of schedule.
